I know an artist up here called Paul Harvey. If it's the same guy this must be satirical, albeit very poor satire. Doesn't seem remotely the type to get swept up by the hype and hypocrisy...
 
I suspect that is unlikely to be available in the club shop what with Saudi attitudes to female attire...

Flattering for "La Staveley" though but.

It is Paul Harvey's work. A cross between satire and a **** take.

He's also a musician, guitarist in the band Penetration.

I have 3 original pieces of work by him, he's a nice bloke.
