Really creating serious talent across every age group and with the women’s nation team.
I remover St. George’s park opening and the FA saying they wanted to create the foundation to change the face of football in England. It definitely seems to have worked. I’ve never know us to have so many young players that look world class. Every week seems to throw up a new wonderkid.

Based on France's Clairefontaine wasn't it? Look at the talent they churn out, hopefully we go on to be as successful.
 
Don’t underestimate the massive investment in coaching too. We have people with high level qualifications and clear progression paths coaching kids and Sunday league teams now.
