Surely it’s time to standardize this process?
Where did 3 minutes come from there? And how was it only 5 at the end of the Preston game?
I’m certain we have gained from the subjectivity, all teams probably gain and lose equally. But it’s time to end lack of transparency, no more mystery “Fergie time”.
We need visible scoreboards showing time accumulating due to non-game related stoppage.
