That had to be the worst VAR decision ever Luton equaliser

100% an obvious foul for me. Adebayo going away from the ball to bump the goalie out of the way.
can’t believe the pundits said it wasn’t a foul at first but they’ve now changed their mind.
How has VAR got this wrong with the benefit of slow motion replays???

I'm not sure it is a foul personally, the Luton striker tries to spin away from the defender as Trafford comes out of his goal and they collide, Adebayo not even looking at the keeper. 50/50 to me. If Trafford's coming off his line in a crowded box he's taking a risk that he might come into contact with another player.

I'm not sure it's a foul either. Weak from the keeper. Certainly not 100% error for me.
If that was given against us we would be fuming so I have sympathy - not much mind. The Luton CF Adebayo does block Trafford. Its a foul but as I say Luton deserved the point without doubt.

Can’t believe he got away with that one, neither will he, the whole thing is embarrassing, who actually sits in the VAR room, what are their qualifications, as they are vastly superseded by the average fan, this is disgraceful.

Feel like you’re all seeing something different to me tbh, talking like he got two footed or something. And calling it “blatantly corrupt” is absolutely ridiculous. Corrupt in favour of Luton, of course.

I don’t really care about VAR at the best of times and I feel like goalkeepers are bailed out by referees all the time for sh*t goalkeeping when they come out flapping at it, are soft as sh*te, and end up getting a free kick. But this didn’t even look like some stonewall foul to me, barely any worse than when keepers get nudged when they’re nowhere near the ball and get bailed out.

What makes a team deserving of anything, though? You could argue Chelsea deserved to beat us by 2 or 3 on balance of play.

Ultimately, that should have been a foul and Luton deserved to lose 1-0.
