Just wanted to thank my fmttm family helping me through my recent rough patch.
Things are beginning to feel on the up, gone back to work, better meds have kicked in and the support I got from you all, as strangers (and my friends and family), really helped. I've learnt to see what things are triggers and have began to take the time out and put me first...even if it's just for half hour a day...turn the phone off....come off social media, balls what needs doing in the house...sit in the summer house and just listen to the world, nature is actually a really good leveller.
