Testing after Covid

I’m just coming to the end of my isolation period following positive test.

After completing my 10 days should I continue with lateral flow testing? I’ve been on NHS website but can’t seem to locate any advice. Anyone any ideas.

I think that you are good to go unless where you work insists on a negative test before you return to work? Are you saying that you have been doing LF tests and have been negative for ten das

Anyone confirm this?
 
it was more peace of mind before I do return to work or see people again.

I wasn’t sure if a test could still flag as positive because I have had the virus - presumable it hangs around in the body.
