TESCO BAN

I was in tesco few days back. I saw a gentleman rolling up some free newspaper i was watching him. I thought he was stealing. The member of staff at tesco saw him and reported him. He put back the free paper to speak to the manager. They started getting vile at him and i went over because the tesco staff were vile to him. What i asked him, i saw him rolling up free newspaper tesco had printed. He was a homeless person. He said he needed newspaper to sleep on. It really hit me home. I told the store manager what i saw and the homeless person and me find our self banned from the store. Me going over because the staffs thought it was ok for them to treat the person like this. So has tesco staff and manager got any right in banning us both? The homeless person did not steal anything just put the free papers in his jacket he had no pockets. I thought at first he was mental ill i was proven wrong. All afternoon i was trying to lift the silly ban placed on me but i kept getting different story by each manager of the store. I have complained to the high office who are saying i am not in the wrong but they cant over turn the ban. How can this be sorted out if anything to go by this thanks.

Yes they can ban you. Private property and they decide who can and can't come in... Conditions of entry etc... Much like a night club etc.
 
Shame they don’t ban the non mask wearers who claim exemption without any real proof but they obviously don’t take the safety of their staff and customers highly enough to do that.

So you saying anyone can get banned for nothing? My matter is like race thing which the head office said to me. All day left messages with the store manager and she not rang me as yet. I clearly did not warrant a ban on the day. I just did not like the vile thing that was said and the bullying that came afterwards 💯

Madness. I have a clear case and i will take them all the way if it has to go to court lol. I have the head office fully agreening with me. The manager of the store has not banned me it was a staff on the ground floor.
 
I had a call this morning by the manager. She will allow me in the store but not yet until she deals with other staff and the security guard. Once she sorted them two out she will lift the ban. She said its best to let things die out but she will take action on the two clearly who did not help the matter 💯👍
