Tech help needed please

Depends on the source of the link and whether casting to the TV is possible. If it isn't, you can use a Chromecast to do it, but, even then, some links such as Sky Go won't cast at all. I've managed to cast Boro matches from MFC live via Chromecast. A firestick is another way to get most links to appear on your TV.
 
Are you talking about mirroring your iPhone screen on your TV? It can be done using the mirroring option but it doesn’t work on too many TV’s without additional devices. If you have a Firestick plugged into the TV, there are a few apps which make the phone see the Firestick as an airplay device to allow mirroring.
