I’d like to see Jones on the left and McGree on the right.
Carrick gave nothing away yesterday but can Howson again perform with those unbelievable energy levels both tonight and on Saturday? Isaiah Jones had one of his outstanding last minute contributions at Blackpool last season with the assist for Watmore.

Howson playing his best football of the season currently and the formation change and the energetic Hackney around him seems to be working. Think he will stick with them and then Howson will get a well earned rest during the World Cup break

Yep. There was a spell of I’d say pushing a decade where wing backs were seen as some comically out of touch 90s thing. If anyone did go 3 at the back it was definitely with a 5 man midfield not wing backs.

I think we have been a bit more open at the back with a back four. After so long playing 5 at the back it will take some time to adjust. Got to go for the win tonight and it will be a good drive home with 3 points.

think 4-4-2 is the way to go love Giles going forward but as a defender he worries the fck out of me would be tempted to play him in midfield but then think I would prefer McGree in the midfield so it is a hard one would you drop Giles to tighten up or just take a risk ?
