What would everyone go for?

For me;

Betinelli

Djiskteel Fry Mcnair

Spence Howson Saville Bola

Tav Bolasie Kebano
 
Swansea play 352, I'd match them up, they're nowhere near the possession based, passing side of a few years ago, their midfield three of Grimes, Fulton and Smith/Hourihane are simply not the quality they used to have. But they can play steady enough. If Hourihane plays, he's obviously settled in well and has goals in him. He's a prime candidate for a Man-to-man job for Morsy.

They like to get their fullbacks forward and ex-loan flop Conner Roberts is absolutely on fire at the moment, and I reckon he could be prem bound in the summer. He's another that needs that man-to-man job from Bola.

Other than that Ayew is the big threat, a classy player at this level, but he can be bullied step forward Grant Hall.

I'd like to see Fisher brought back in and give Dijksteel a rest, not looked himself.
Howson was superb last game and I'd like to see him alongside Morsy. Assuming Tav is fit he can break beyond their midfield. Watmore's pace and either Bolasie or Johnson (both have a decent claim) should play alongside. I think Bolasie is better int eh air to be honest.

Bola has been consistent all season but I think Johnson deserves a shot at left wing back because we have missed his sledgehammer crosses along the floor into the box and we need a win not a draw.

Saville's been involved in more goals than any player in our squad but Johnson.

I'd slot McNair back in the defense for Dijksteel, bring Saville in and try to fit Johnson in somewhere.

Listening to mad heads on the radio, reading divvies on (other) message boards would have you believe he’s not worthy of a place in our team. He’s one of our best players!!
 
He’s one of our best players!! If that's the case we are doomed to mid table at best. He is a bang average champo player that we were daft enough to pay £7 million for.
 
Dijksteel hasn’t looked right the last few games but expect he’ll start and McNair will play CM. I think Morsy or Saville can play alongside Howson though and I’d have McNair back to being Beckenbauer again.

£7m is a LOT of money in the Champo...
saying that, we turned down £6m for Gestede.

He certainly deserves to start, but his impact from the bench has been invaluable recently. Harsh not to start him, but the likes of Bolasie can do 60 mins and give MJ the last half hour.

One thing is for sure, we should stop wasting our time with Assombalonga and Akpom.

Expect we’ll see a similar line up and game plan as when we played Norwich at Carrow Road.
