That team will get overran by the best in the league. If you're going to start Roberts, you're going to need more defensive minded wingbacks.
Personally I don't think so. I am not sure how you can go to the Premier league saying we can't afford this season, then add to the wage bill. I hope I am wrong though.anyone think we have cash to sign free agents?
Looking at Warnock's latest statement , the suggestion is that Assombalonga will possibly not be ready for the Tuesday game but might make next weekend.
Stating the obvious, Boro need a striker. Has Alan Peacock still got his boots? He would have at least as much influence on games as Britt is having currently.

...... or you could just press mute, unless you don't want to miss out on the atmosphere of the crowd .....Think I will stick with watching it on the boro site rather than red button but if Maddo starts to do me head in it’s good to know I can put it on the red button instead
Think it will be...
......................Bettinelli
..........Dijksteel...Fry...McNair
Spence...................................Johnson
.....Morsy...Howson...Saville
...................Tavernier
.....................Akpom
Would like to see...

Dijksteel...Fry...McNair...Bola
.............Morsy...Howson
...Tavernier...Roberts...Johnson
.....................Akpom
They'll be execting us to set up as we have done the first 5 games. A change in formation might just spring a surprise. Even if we only get an hour out of Roberts, we can always bring Browne or Coulson on, or Saville if we need to tighten things up.
Saville for Roberts
Johnson for Assombalonga
I think we need to start playing with only 1 striker unless we sign a free agent.
I can't see us risking Britt tomorrow, so its going tohave to be one up front. Wonder if he'd be tempted to keep the same formation and play Browne alongside Akpom? Don't think he wants to rush Roberts.
