Cant believe that Discovery are abandoning UK viewers by taking this channel down. Multiple genres of movies lost to regular viewing. Cowboys, detective stories, world war 2 movies. I have been able to visit and revisit Nostalgic memories Of growing up on a regular basis. It is going to leave a massive void for me and I feel incredibly sad .

Whilst a familiar brand is disappearing forever and that’s a bit sad, there is no loss to those who want their fix of old movies. Plenty of channels are delving into the nostalgia genre of westerns and 50s Brit flicks. I wish they’d show a lot more US 60s stuff like Gilligans Island Casey Jones and Mr Ed.

Love TPTV (Talking Pictures TV - which showed loads of old British films) as well but recently moved to Sky Stream and lost it. I share the OP sentiments.
