@Malaguena Well done to Málaga for the draw against Valladolid over the weekend.

It was a bit of a shame that they could not hold on to their 2-0 lead. However it was a good result for them and us.

Our win last night put us back in 2nd place. one behind Eibar and one ahead of Valladolid.

I lost some money on almeria last night. Wanted under 2.5 goals. I think there last was 90 mins+

@spanishman Do Almeria have a big expat following? I was always intrigued by the expat Guiri Army who follow Malaga? Are they still on the go too?
Interesting question. I live around 35-40 minutes west of the city of Almería. I think that my friend and myself are the only non-Spanish season ticket holders in our town.

Roquetas de Mar is around 15-20 minutes closer to the ground than us. Then Mojacar and the east part of the province is on the other side of the city/ground from us. Those are the places with the biggest ex-pat communities. So if there is an organised expat Almería following it would be likely to be from these towns rather than ours.

I live around 2 to 2 1/2 hours east of Málaga. So I had not heard of their Guiri Army until you mentioned it.

There is the germ of an idea to organise a Boro supporters get together if Málaga play Almería next season. However that would depend on Málaga staying up and Almería not getting promoted. We were going to organise something a couple of years ago and then coronavirus hit. I hope Málaga stay up. However I hope even more that we are not in the same division as them next season.

Forgot to mention. @Almeria2005 is on here. I think he comes from the other end of the province from me. Perhaps he might know more about support in the other end of the province.
