Not sure I`d trust ordering, which is a shame as those Icon T-Shirts look mint
Yeh gunna have to give it a miss and stick with Black SlabI got 1 delivered but not the other, its £22 lost not a big deal - but there ya go. Puts me off ordering off small enterprises in the future that's all.
Good! This thread isn't really selling their product.
The lad is a one man band who was backed into a corner in his job in IT so took the plunge and started his own business full time. He’s really good at it too, as has been mentioned the quality is excellent and he does all the embroidery himself from his spare bedroom.Good!
All he had to do is reply to an email and explain, ignoring people who ask questions wont help him. I've written it off as its not a huge sum, as especially now I know the circumstances, but I had been trying for 7 weeks to get a reply. The lad is a one man band who was backed into a corner in his job in IT so took the plunge and started his own business full time. He’s a family man married with 2 young kids and will openly admit he left his cut off point for Christmas too late as he didn’t expect to be as popular as it was.
Genuine good bloke and season ticket holder at Boro, he was working late Xmas even still trying to get orders out delivered in his car. He’s had some health issues recently, nothing bad but stopped him running at 100%.
What I will say is he’s one of the most genuine people you could meet and would never knowingly rip anyone off. He’s trying very hard to make a living out of something and provide for his family which means he works far harder than what he earns suggests.
But you wish his business down the pan eh? Tw@t
Totally agree with you. Ignoring people is unacceptable and in no way could I ever defend that. I was just giving some context behind the person. All he had to do is reply to an email and explain, ignoring people who ask questions wont help him. Don't wish anyone's business down the pan at all. The 'Good' response seems petty in light of your detailed outline of how things have been. From our point of view though, as I've stated above, to not have the decency to respond to my mrs sending the business several messages asking where the items are or if they are being sent at all. Isn't that a decent thing to do instead of taking people's hard earned money with seemingly no intention of providing any goods? The lad is a one man band who was backed into a corner in his job in IT so took the plunge and started his own business full time. Yea not replying is poor. I don’t know the reasons for it and would be upset too. I would say that to him too if I’m ever asked.Donto

Hope the lads health improves and he gets back to running a, hopefully, successful business.
The mrs got a refund through her bank and the company has since contested this refund by all accounts. I've sent a message to them through their Facebook page, but still getting no reply. Shame really as I wanted one of their tshirtsSo weirdly the item I ordered arrived at the weekend, pretty much 3 months later, no issues with that but a simple email back saying it will come would have done.
As it happens the nephew I bought it for loves it
Hopefully you got your refund ok but if you’re still waiting for something inbox me some details of your order and I’ll try and get an answer. Not saying I’ll be able to sort it, but I’ll prob see him or his Mrs at the match tonight so I could ask if I get chance. The mrs got a refund through her bank and the company has since contested this refund by all accounts. Just to follow up I did get the goods 2 weeks later, its was very good quality and the person I gave to was very pleased with it. Would I use them again.... now I know the reason for the delay yes.All he had to do is reply to an email and explain, ignoring people who ask questions wont help him.
