Swansea manager

He is a disgrace to Swansea FC and I hope, he fails to take them up after all. Come on Watford please get 2nd place

Would it have killed him to say the standard ‘we probably got lucky with one or two decisions there, but other days we’ve been on the wrong end of decisions so it all evens out’ or some such guff. Tosser

For him to start saying I would be angry with my player for making a challenge in that position..So let's get this right opposition player running in to have a shot at goal in the dying seconds of a game and he wants his player to abandon their defensive duties ? Saville made a good challenge their player then kicking ionto Saville but our player is penalised.
grr. Wemight get the last laugh though as we might meet in playoffs.

Hoorihan or whatever he's called was also being a pr*ck after the winning goal. At that point I thought exactly the same and really hope they blow it.

I'd actually hoped Swansea would go up automatically, but they've ***ed me right off with this stuff.

They've stolen 4-5 points in the last two matches, and their ugly b****d of a manager has the cheek to act like they're in the right.

There is some animosity on this thread, beaten in to second place by the Ward thread, I suppose. Who cares what an opposition manager has to say. We are just looking to be angry.

I'm personally not angry about it, but it is relevant and topical so it's perfectly reasonable for people to have a view about it. It's a bit of a stretch to say people are looking to be angry as if they have no reason to be, based on what was an appalling refereeing display, and the comments from their manager have added insult to injury

Angry at the ref, yup I get that, I just don't understand why anybody would care what their manager had to say, Artie. I only know because it was posted on here. There is so much more to get angry about than a manager supporting his teams effort and trying to kid them in to believing they got what they deserved.

One thing I've really enjoyed this season is how much our bench wind up other teams. Even got the skin of normally cool and collected Chris Houghton earlier this season. We must be one of the most hated teams in the division 😝

In all seriousness I think it's a pretty smart tactic, bunker mentality and give the opposition something else to think about.

Absolutely hilarious yesterday when Hourihan, in celebrating their goal was looking over to the Boro bench - I think it was Jepson gesturing "we'll see you in the tunnel". Brilliant.
