Matterfacey has just ssid 'swang' in commentary, and when I looked it up just to double check, there's no such word, well in past tense to swing anyway !!!
So, no swang, it’s swung. Some people make words up. Read a report at work, someone who I held in high regard used the word confusement, we were finished after that.
