Even it’s from the bench, it’s vital he gets some game time surely so he can either come on against Coventry or hopefully start.

Chuba is going to miss Giles and his crosses big time. I think it could half his goals tally.

Agree though, minutes needed in the cup game (which I think is another typical boro loss coming)) for some sharpness and hopefully he is ok but I fear for us with no striker at the club. Oh Coburn !!!!!!

I watched the highlights and if Huddersfield had taken their chances it would have been a different story

Yeah and they look terrible at back and I mean terrible. Goals conceded were laughable. Hopefully it’s a game we can win and get some confidence back in the squad

I imagine if we were a couple up they’d have come on in the last 10-15 minutes like howson did.

They were terrible last season but turned us over at the John Smiths.

I wouldn’t mind a nice little cup run, and if Howson, Akpom and Coburn are fit enough they should all get some minutes.

I cant see Akpom starting, maybe a cameo appearance, I honestly think he will be sold.

I think the club need to come out and say there is an offer on the table and he has rejected it
