Digital Ticketing and problems and issues associated with Millwall game are on the agenda - hopefully there will not be more from Huddersfield game.
Boro Brick Road and Boot and Clothing bank appeals will also be on the list.
Is digital ticketing the main concern of everyone? I expect it will take up a lot of the meeting.
Also I can bring up that issue regarding emailing of fixture changes.

The queue at the kiosks is still a massive spoiler (I'm in the North stand). Has this been brushed under the carpet, as nothing seems to have changed since last season?

OK. Not at all. What time are we talking. How long did you queue etc?

Joining the queue 10 minutes before the end of the first half would guarantee you didn't see the 2nd half kick off. It has been mentioned many times on here how poor this system is, yet nothing changes. I found the bottom filling pints to be an excellent way of moving queues along quickly. Why can't we go back to this? I'd be happy to cover the cost of something like this in the pint I was buying, if it allowed me to watch the 90+ minutes of football I've payed for!
I know you have brought this up before with the club. What, if anything, has been said by the club to try and rectify this long standing issue?

I love the idea of a Supporters Forum, but if something like digital ticketing can be pushed through with zero engagement then maybe it's a waste of time? I'd suggest the first item on the agenda should be reviewing the forum's terms of reference to see if there's any point in continuing with it.

Other than that, I suspect quality and availability of club merch would be a hot topic.

might as well put this in here as well..

there is a thing that shows how everybody in the club likes their eggs done.. after the transfer window is closed can the club make this information public via the website to aid in our own personal egg choices or perhaps to encourage the egg consumption of our younger fans?

As first pointed out by @Raul101...

Errea sell a jacket they call the "Iceland". It's available from a range of retailers for around £40:

The exact same jacket with a Boro badge sown on it is in the club shop for £90:

Can the forum ask why they are charging fans an extra £50 to sow on a badge, or will they chalk this one up to an "admin error" too?

Why weren't they any away kits available to purchase at the club shop for the first home game of the season against Millwall. Was perfect opportunity to boost sales. I know the line will be supply chain issues but my days what year are we in.

On this digital ticketing our fan base totally did not ask for this to be pushed through at the speed it has been done and fear alot are being left behind or deciding not to come to games in the future due to the way the clubs forcing it onto them. I think it's great make it an option for people but to make it compulsory is wrong.

Hi Rob

My proverbial plea for the return of a member's card, I'm afraid.

Cheers

Can you ask if a group complaint can be made to the CBS arena about the prices charged in the concourse on Saturday? They were in breach of the law by charging more than the advertised price. I refused to pay and they made a price up based on what was the on the tills for other products. I have a photo of the advertised prices - £4.70 for a pie but they tried charging £8.50 and I know people paid that.

As a sports club, how would the club feel about putting up the average calories for each food and drink items they sell to enable those fans that regularly partake in their fayre are doing so with some degree of knowledge as to the significance of their choices may be having on them longer term (A bit like Wetherspoons do on their food menu’s).

Another one, Why have the club stopped showing post match press conferences online. I think this was stopped about 2 seasons ago, why? They were far more interesting than the contrived 1 minute interviews done by the controlled media team with the head coach afterwards.

Secondly, the seating in some areas of the ground looks shabby at best, now the Directors have nice new seating, when do the club expect to roll out better seating for their paying customers?

Just buy a plain one and get your mam to sow a badge on.

Probably your most sensible contribution ever on here.

Absolutely a shout needs to be given to the new seating in the stadium. Can it be questioned what was the thinking in rolling out only new seating in the Directors Box, which also is not a similar red therefore now stands out like a sore thumb, when there are so many faded white seats throughout the ground. Surely there was an opportunity to refresh the whole ground (not necessarily ALL seating, just the badly faded minority)

It feels very “conservative”. IE we look after our own and to hell with the rest of you.
