called into my local butchers on redcar high street earlier and it was empty, hes got plenty in stock and hasnt got a problem with deliveries coming in but as everything else is closed down his trade is right down and will be forced to close, hope not as the thought of queuing in supermarkets doesnt appeal too much

Totally agree. Plus they can go to the Cash and Carry when they want where as the big boys have to wait for the delivery cycle hence the lack of stock. Could have picked up Milk and Bread this morning but don't need them. No bleeding eggs though.
 
I'm using my local butcher. Fantastic organisation and continual hand washing to keep customers safe, and no shortage of meat.
