Anyway, at the moment he's doing a grand job getting the Boro motoring and long may that continue. UTB!

He is doing brilliantly. Things are changing for the better. But still, early days and we have to give the man time. But this start for him, not seen anything like it in ages. Cannot wait until we strengthen. That is when things will get interesting. He has been getting blood out of a stone so far, for me. What an impact.
That result tonight at Ewood, makes me think we could be legit top six candidates now, for sure, and a play-offs finish is within our sights. As long as we don't lose our nerves. I am sure Carrick will make that point over and over.

I didn’t think we were doing that badly at all and their goal looked WAY offside (admittedly the cameras don’t give the best view).
But in any case, 1-0 is never a crisis. I’m sure I’ve seen us 3 down at HT at least twice this season!

I genuinely think a while off. Not to put a dampener on anything but he’s achieved nothing yet. Once we get a promotion under our belt then maybe it’ll start, but he’d be absolutely mad to go anywhere near the United job if they ever come calling.

i love how understated he is. Came and clapped the away support, showed respect, but then off down the tunnel, not milking it or making it about him. Suppose that's the beauty of having someone who's been there and done it

He’s got off to a fantastic start to his career, and considering the form we were in when he arrived he’s worked miracles almost. It’s going to be a very interesting second half of the season
