I only recognise Wyke and McGeady, have they got a covid outbreak and are playing the kids or something?

Nope that is pretty much there team. Leadbitter on the bench. It’s a poor poor squad wouldn’t touch any of them but that’s what league 1 is like
My you've got some football knowledge if you can recognise 1st reamers at Sunderland, credit to you on that, still hope they get stuffed mind

Haha I always check out what’s going on elsewhere in regards to team selection etc. They genuinely have no one of any potential in my opinion. If they were to get promoted they would virtually need a new team.

Probably the only time I could recall names like that when Billy Hughes, Bobby Kerr & Jim Montgomery was playing in the 70's

I can still recite their full line up in the 73 Cup Final. Mind you I could probably recite every winning line up up until about 1990

I was talking to a Pools fan at work who said GJ's dad is at Torquay, I didn't know that, different league I know but I was surprised he's took a job at non league level

Yep it's a fairly odd and underused formation these days. Essentially requires world-class full backs making a four across the pitch when in possession.

Not quite sure Callum MacFadzean (released by non-league Alfreton as recently as 2017) falls into that category.
😁
