One of the much nicer towns in the country IMHO.
I’ll not blue but nor will I vote labour if that’s ok with youDespite how despicable that is, Stockton South and the new Stockton West will still probably go blue at the next election… absolute c*nts
Ipswich’s problem is the location… hour away from London by train… people will go there and spend money instead of the town centreIt's not just northern towns, I was with a client lives on the on the outskirts of Ipswich about 2 months ago, in their 70's, 5 bed detached, new audi A4 on the drive. They were self made, started with a chippy, then a cafe, bakery, had 6 business's at one point, still owned 1 bakery in Folkestone. Told me they won't go in to the town centre anymore, too frightened, intimidated by gangs of 'asylum seekers' who just litter the place. Hadn't been to the center for 4/5 years so had drive through on my way back. Ipswich has never been the prettiest place, but jeez it was bad, just about every shop boarded up, gangs of 10+ young men on what seemed about every corner, it was like traveling back to late 70's
He already did. He'll get away with it because he can just say 'it wasn't me'.
Last time I was there I got a bit of seaweed stuck on my foot. I couldn't shake it off.Northern Echo might, Gazette more interested in finding a piece of seaweed on Redcar beach that looks like Taylor swift
Yeah but is it really, or is it like how middlesbrough is a no go area? despite the fact I go there regularly? It's not just northern towns, I was with a client lives on the on the outskirts of Ipswich about 2 months ago, in their 70's, 5 bed detached, new audi A4 on the drive. lets give the guy a raise then.. maybe he should be prime minister? He's not wrong
What people seem to mean when they talk of 'no go' areas is that there are groups of people with non-white skin tones who are stood talking there.Yeah but is it really, or is it like how middlesbrough is a no go area? despite the fact I go there regularly?
Their Tory MP appeared to make similar claims so sounds like they are just parroting him. When challenged, despite making an offer, he bottled the chance to prove this was true.

Yeah, parliament road is an example. It can be intimidating, but I've regularly walked up and down both sides to get things for the cat food we make. The polish shops are great. What people seem to mean when they talk of 'no go' areas is that there are groups of people with non-white skin tones who are stood talking there.
Local news carrying it but nothing on nationals that I can see. Trending on Twitter
