Just got an email abut bands announced so far. Decent line up so far but was it anywhere near £40 last year. It may have been but I don't remember it being that much.Capture.JPG

Costs to put on events are rising FAST: Artist fees, production costs, catering/riders, etc and then there's the cost of actually opening a venue for the duration. Massive inflationary pressures everywhere you look. It's still great value in the context of what's being offered.
Was delighted to see the first six acts announced for TKASG stage. Deadletter headlining - we're in ARC 2 once again. Here's a playlist for the acts who been announced so far for the stage: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRglUAnmybvt_MAcZh3BZKUl8QaiUL44U

£40?

Jesus. It’s always a good day out but it’ll likely be the same faces that pop up consistently elsewhere. Think it may be the first one I miss 😬

Probably works out about £3 something per band.
Not bad value in my opinion, your money and you can spend it on whatever you want, but if people stop going it won't take place.
