It has been FAR too long since Steve has spoken (the summer after relegation if I'm not mistaken?) in an interview to address the fans.
There's been backroom structure changes and reshuffles (Scott) and numerous manager changes since then. Loads of back and forth, this way then that way.
After what looked on paper, and started, like a match made in heaven with Wilder, and the drastic implosion and his departure within a year, I think it's time Gibson spoke again. We need to hear where we are heading, what's the plan, what's the strategy, what has actually happened with Wilder (a general overview, we don't need the intricate details) and why the fans can be confident that the club is heading in the right direction. Why we should have faith.
An increase in season ticket sales this summer after all the public talk from the club. Now look at us.
I think we need an honest address from the man in charge of the lot. Leadership, from the leader.
