was given a pardon by Trump so removed from first investigation in which the two he passed money to were found guilty.... now they've arrested on a local warrant & hopefully he'll be sent down too... if the other two already toast, he should be a slam dunk..

The walls are closing in on all the grifters, Trump included.
Bannon's federal pardon doesn't count for this and the fact he never went to fully trial means he can't get off on the double jeopardy plea.
Even Trump hand picking a judge to handle his documents case has somewhat backfired due to her nonsensical ruling allowing the FBI to appeal it on the grounds that they are part of the intelligence community and therefore have to be involved in assessing the threat to national security, negating her ruling that they can't do anything with the documents until the national security damage is determined.
Apparently one of Trump's new lawyers has lots of experience litigating for a parking garage company
