I've been critical off Zak on past performances, and I feel rightly so.
But last night he was loads better, his catching was assured and when needed made a good save, that performance settled the back line.
Well done... hope it continues..

Fettis will be making his mark with him and I have no doubt Leo would of had a good input to that as well. The improvement Leo brought out of Dimi under Karanka was phenomenal just by having him focus on doing the basics well.

I agree he looked composed and I think Having a stable defence in front of him def helps

Tonight was the first time I've felt really confident in him. That punch the other week against Rotherham was the sign of a keeper rock bottom with confidence. But to see him catching crosses and commanding his area means hopefully he has turned a corner.

Still worry with how long he takes with his kicks. Seems way too laid back with them, always waiting until the striker is almost on top of him

As mentioned above, that was his best game.

His handling was absolutely first class - which I had serious question marks about.

For example when he punched a cross away against rotherham which Alex Brooker could have caught.

i'm not sure about that to be honest, i think he was just put under very little pressure by the opposition
