Hello Everyone,

After my last request of info for our holiday to Thailand (which was a roaring success, partly due to the advice on here), I have a new request.

We are off to South Wales in August, staying around the Tenby area.

Any suggestions of this to do around there, things not to be missed while there? (We are looking to do SUP/Kayaking etc as usual)

Thanks in advance

Lovely round the Gower. Lots of nice bays for surfing (Langland & Casswell the names I remember).
Mumbles is nice as well, although I haven't been for a very long time.

Lovely area, St David’s is curious - Britains smallest city , village with a big cathedral , nearby Whitesands bay is decent for surf .
little haven and broad haven are cute coastal villages. Tenby and Saundersfoot quite nice places and Rhosili bay is a bit incredible really - truly one of europes finest beaches. Swansea and it’s seaside bit (The Mumbles) is a welcoming city too

The Welsh name for Tenby is way better than the English name. Think it translates as 'Little Fortress of the Fishes'.
