Sorry to say this again but ….

There's not that much to talk about.

Half the squad is injured, so the team picks itself, and the draw against Blackburn ruled out any real chance of the play-offs.

Even if we win tomorrow, we'll probably remain 10th in the table and 7 points off the play-offs.

I'll still be watching, and I'll still celebrate any Boro goals, but the pressure has gone now.

That’s the spirit 🤣 in seriousness we should be using these games to experiment a little - try a few different formations and give some of the academy lads some game time now that there isn’t much to play for

Am hopeful. We seem to generally lift ourselves for these games.
Perhaps, just as at Leicester, injury news to Riley and Forss could bring everyone together and inspire them.

They've lost only two in the last twelve games at home!

That’s true - Southampton are probably feeling the pressure a bit now too with Leeds flying and Ipswich continuing their good form.

When was the last time we won at St Mary’s

Must be early 2000s? Don’t think we’ve played them much since they went down in 2005.

Don’t have a lot of confidence for tomorrow.

It’s just a very ‘meh’ end to the season. To have nothing to play for with so many games left is an unusual feeling.
We should get well beaten tomorrow.
Instead we’ll probably do a ‘typical Boro’ and get a good win, so that everyone is scrambling around come 5 O’clock discussing how many games we need to win for an outside shot at top 6. Again. It’s the hope that kills us…

we're in the mid-table doldrums, HMS Playoffs have left a life raft behind, but it's a big swim away.. & SS Automatik is a long lost & faded memory..

April & Easter Boro are usually involved in something big, this season we're already thinking about clearing the decks & getting set to sail again next season..

Apathy has set in. Too many players still out for us to have a late run at the playoffs. The season is done.

All about prep for next season now imo.
