That’s what I heard when the move was first touted but I’m not sure now as in his sky work today was in Cardiff

I read that his wife Chloe is a teacher in Newport so it makes sense they still live in the area until at least the end of the school year. They also have two children in local schools.
Or indeed give his age and no long term prospects didnt think it was worth uprooting the family for just a year. That’s understandable.

It's only a 1 year deal. So hardly worth up routing the family. It's no different to a 1 year loan.
He's clearly got a few days off. Resting those old limbs. I was supprised many were back in on Monday after a busy week and 3 wins.
