You’re entitled to take offence. It’s your right. The only differing view I had was trying to say please don’t mock a persons death when many ppl are dealing with grief.

Whilst dealing with grief I don’t like the mocking of death. I will not apologise for that and I doubt you will either x

Am I not allowed to make a harmless joke? What the **** is going on here? I’m a person who is in the midst of grief who stupidly just said don’t mock death. This is really not on at all

I’m sorry if you don’t like that, but come on….within the space of a few posts you‘ve gone from claiming to be a lurker who has never posted before, to someone who has previously been banned.
I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong in pointing that out. You aren’t a victim of some heinous attack.

Even now you’re just really trying to dig into what my 4 year old username is. I’m definitely not 1boro.

This place is mental. You’re not allowed to respectfully ask ppl to maybe be respectful of others. Because it involves a Tory I’m now a Tory and am fair game to this.

I’ve only ever voted Labour but I just don’t get a kick out of death threads. I hope that you are able to digest that

This will be my first and last post in this thread.

It will be to reassure you that you are 100% entitled to ask people like you did. But they don't have to give you what you ask for and they don't have to give in when you then keep arguing with them.

I‘m very sorry if pointing out your small while lie has upset you. If it was just absent mindedness then hey, we all make mistakes.
I‘m very sorry you are currently grieving. I am too and that’s a horrible place to be.
I don’t care if you are a Tory or voted Labour.
You said you were previously banned for telling people they were racist regarding use of the term BAME, and that sounds like an interesting thread that would be up my street, that’s all. I asked who you were previously because the only post that I could find close to your description of the offending post, was by someone who only posted one further time, so I thought that might have been the thread in question. But that poster didn’t get banned for calling people racist, as they posted one further time. Although I could fully understand why they were then banned, given their final post. Anyway, you’ve said that wasn’t you so that’s cool. I’m just explaining why I asked what your previous username was.
We've had a lot of trolls, shills and bad faith actors post here over the years, so perhaps you will understand why people are interested in those who admit to have been previously banned.
Anyway, I meant no offence by it.

Well that wasn’t me.

You may not care which way I vote, which has only ever been Labour. The abuse from others was based on their idiotic belief that asking ppl not to mock death makes me a Tory and an enemy.

I’ll not make the mistake of asking ppl to be better again. Clearly not the place

No you haven't. You've made the mistake of getting into two-way petty squabbles because people weren't giving you what you want.

Your many initial posts are not those of someone "grieving" at all. You have only added that element much later on because you were getting rather silly in your demands that people do as you ask and it wasn't working.

The solution is you go back to your "grieving" and do something more constructive that can help you through the process and arguing on FMTTM isn't one of them. Step away and don't worry about what people on here are doing.
