Was a stringent tender process followed for awarding BCI the contract(s)?

What was the tender figure, or will it be hidden under the "can't tell you it's commercially sensitive" line?

I read through the FB comments. I read until the sick was in my mouth.....granted it was only 10-12 comments.....

Gullible doesn't even begin to describe it. There is MAGA in the USA......but there seems to be an equivalent loony bunch on Teesside, oblivious to the blatant corruption right in front of their noses.

For me, it's nothing to do with politics and more about the credibility and reliability of the present Tees Valley incumbent, given his questionable track record. Anyone in public office has to be held accountable and transparent, regardless of political rosette.
