I’ve just read this article on the BBC about three executives who will lose huge bonuses for blowing up two ancient caves in Australia that date back 46,000 years.

Surely they should have lost their jobs and put on trial.

Problem is its unclear whether it was ‘illegal’
Agree they should have lost their jobs as a minimum but they’d have walked into other similarly high profile roles.

They'll not give two hoots that they've destroyed ancient and culturally important monuments. Not one.
It's about money and profit.
So what If it means a few people get upset? It's that versus them making millions,... Their bonus and the shareholders bonus is way more important than ancient graffiti.

That's how money men think.
