Should the UK reinstate Capital Punishment?

I would go with Corporal punishment for starters, just to deter the feral kids that roam this Country. Bit of Cat or birch would not go amiss.

I could go along with that, i also think rapes, child killers and general murderers DNA proven should be considered for the death penalty

I do agree with that view to some extent - but also I believe in some cases people quickly use it as an 'excuse' for terrible behaviour
 
It may be what some people deserve but I don’t think the public should have the authority to decide whether someone lives or dies when no other life is in danger. There should however, be far longer sentences for all violent crimes and carrying weapons. They should legalise cannabis and decriminalise possession of other drugs to free up the prison space and resources.

Some people undoubtedly deserve it on an individual level, but once you grant a government the power to kill I can't help but think that it's a responsibility too heavy for them to bear. Many families of murder victims may also consider a structured, administered death a nicer way of going than the method employed by a convicted murderer.

I know that the tabloids rage about how prison is an easy life, but anybody who says that from a jail cell is essentially saying that they were raised in a terrible family in dreadful conditions.
