There were a number of times when the ball went back and forth and back and forth that a player could have shot but they dont seem to want to, really frustrating watch

I know it’s infuriating isn’t it especially as I think their keeper wasn’t that great either.

If You shoot normally two thing things are likely to happen either you score or you get a corner or maybe even a rebound.

Are they playing to the manager's instructions though? We know Wilder likes the team to play the patient build-up, and wait for the gaps to open up. We were all creaming over that goal we scored at QPR.

It's brilliant when it works, when the team makes 26 consecutive passes and there's a goal at the end of it, but frustrating as hell to watch when each move breaks down, which is what happened today.

Again, it doesn't help when you don't have Jones on the pitch to eventually receive the ball, beat his man and deliver the cross.

I think when your at home and dominating Possession , I think you need to shot that bit more , as a good shot excites the crowd and keeps them in the game . Even if it gets blocked or saved .

Agree. We are playing against Championship defences. They don’t like the ball in their own box. Passing in front of them looks good but is easy to defend against.

Not just today. It's been going on for ages. Immensely frustrating. People have a go at the strikers, but how many clear-cut chances do they really get per match?

I couldn't understand the obsession with playing the ball out wide like. There was a moment 2nd where McGree received the ball in a dangerous area and instead of taking the touch and driving forward he played a first time ball out to the left without even looking, obviously expecting Bola to be there. Bola was behind the play though and it meant the move broke down.

Several times 2nd half I felt we had opportunities to play between the lines but we made it easy for Hull by choosing the wide option. Just before he was hooked I could see Balogun pointing to the area where he wanted the ball to be played into but he was ignored. Got to try and get in behind these teams who sit in deep.
