This is what is wrong, Just like Wolves, Villa, West ham many year ago the sanctions come after the season that offences are committed, we all know if it was Middlesbrough we would be deducted points immediatley pending investigation.
It isnt fair for the smaller clubs coming from league 1 who cut there cloth accordingly and the many other teams that continue to do so across the football league.
Something has to give as too many clubs are not applying or sticking by the regulated rules!
