Shares in Marske Utd - any insight ?

Marske Utd Shares

I read that Marske are looking to raise 100K via a share issue. Does anyone know anything about this ? What is the plan for the money etc?
Any views on it as a concept for sports teams?
Personally I hope that it is a success.

Marske have had their license to play suspended by the NPL next two games have been suspended whilst the club provides more information to the NPL about the new structure and ownership of the club.

What happened to the previous chairman?

I know nothing about the workings of football but I would have thought that there must be someone in the FA who is there to assist the lower league clubs with something like this?
Also , if they were given legal advice then..........that may be negligent .
Also , how can they go from functioning in the league and suddenly not being allowed to play? That seems an excessive punishment unless there are other factors at play.
