Considering a Contarct role with them on Teesside
Anyone work for them? Are they generally OK?
I'm in the fortunate position I can pick and choose so if the're shyte to work with I'll not bother.

I'm ex-SembCorp but still do a lot of work with them. They have had a lot of turnover of staff over the last 12/18 months across all levels. Looking from the outside in it feels like they are going through a lot of internal upheaval.

OK thanks.

Worked there as a contractor a couple of years back and can't say I was impressed (mind you I should add I have a pathological hatred of Wilton site 😊). As stated there seemed to be a lack of experience. Remember having a meeting with our site contact cancelled as they had all been called into a meeting after someone had had a complete meltdown at their desk. The couple of lads we dealt with were OK ......... they both had their notices in and were leaving.🤔

Thanks, just the kind of info I was looking for.

I've thrown them a big dayrate and if they say yes to it looks like I'll need a chat with the Line Manager/Head of Dept first before committing to anything.

If NZT gets the green light in Sept there'll be loads of opportunities right across Teesside and the rates will only head North. The people just ain't there for O&G work.
