Season ticket

Just been looking at my profile on mfc out of curiosity regarding seating bubble and noticed that my previously listed season ticket for 20/21 has disappeared? Anyone else had this happen? I renewed in the first week of renewals in Feb or whenever it was....

The only thing on my account which records that I have renewed is the payment on 6 March is listed.

I also have an e mail from March confirming I renewed.

Other than that, nothing, no reference to 20/21 seat numbers or anything.

Ok cheers. Where exactly is your payment listed? Nothing on web I can see. I have proof by way of cc records and receipt from ticket office so all will be fine I’d think, just surprised that ST has disappeared from my ticket list.

They are re-sorting things after the ballot, our bubble and seat location was given to us but has disappeared until its redone

Same things happened to me, I'm guessing now they've chosen the ballot winners they're reconfiguring the seating bubbles to fit everyone in. Makes you wonder why they bothered assigning seats in the first place given they would never know the complete size of each bubble and how they could best fit together until after the ballot. It was like starting a jigsaw with 500 pieces missing.

That was my thinking but thought I’d ask, just for a bit of reassurance it want just me and I wasn’t going to have spend time chasing up . Hope I get my own seat allocated.

There is a section on the account which records all payments (and refunds) if you search about you will find it.

There will be restrictions until Xmas - people could be anywhere - plenty of space to stretch out where ever.

I've rang the ticket office and got the same answer. They've took your 20/21 seat allocation off your profile until they inform you, by email, where you've been re allocated.
The girl was a bit abrupt though, guess she's had many calls like this.

Everyone will be in the same stand if at all possible and as close as they can get you to your old seat. Got to sit back and just let them get on with it now I think.
