Season imploding

As I write this Millwall leap frog us ,and Swansea stuffing Reading, unless we dig ourselves out of this hole I can see us finishing in the bottom half of the division, a season of so much promise fizzling out ........

Goals win games. Our top scorer has 8 goals. So I’d expect to be mid table at best

My only hope is that Fulham beat Sheff Utd looking at the remaining fixtures, but winning 4 games in a row is a big ask for us.

We are just not good enough this season to finish top 6. How many weeks have we actually been in the playoffs - not many. As it stands we have the nucleus of a very good team, but are 3-4 players short. We've ran out of steam, become predictable and too many players have switched off or have their minds elsewhere. Unlikely we are making the playoffs so why not try a few different players, see what some of the U23s can do? Disappointing end to the season, but not the end of the world.

Giving new players a go is an idea, but I can’t see Wilder doing so while we have have an outside chance of promotion.
I’d like to see Coburn and Balogun start. Anything would be an improvement on 0 goals.

My real concern is Wilders record in the transfer market (and ours in the last window). I really hope we bring in the right players pre-season or at least better players than we have now.
