Note that the non-SPD models are for flat pedals and for those who want a practical shoe off the bike. They have a nylon shank in the sole which adds stiffness, but not stiff like a road shoe.Thank you for this. May have to treat myself - more than I (used to) spend on running shoes, and I thought they were too expensive.
I don't know who supplies the brand in the UK, but be careful if ordering from Wiggle or any of their offshoots as they are rumoured to be going bust.
