You cannot play those 3 in the middle anymore. They lack any composure, give the ball away way too often and as we all saw today miss too many chances.

One of them has too be dropped if we stand any chance of getting play offs.
 
Morsy and Howson do their jobs well and have to stay in for me. Sav just dwells too long on the ball and misses chances, but then he’s the only one of the three who gets in those positions. Tav for Sav? Or will that leave us too exposed and not solid enough across the middle? He’s certainly got the engine but isn’t really a tackler.
 
Saville should be nowhere near our team, he is slow and useless. He's just had 3 successive stinkers.
Those misses today sum him up.
You need two holding maximum, not 3 and Saville should not be one of them.
I can't wait for Tavernier to return.

Assombolonga should have been nowhere near that team today, just stop defending him.
McNair needs a proper centre half next to him.
We just can not sign Bettinelli.

How can Watmore not make this team?

Bolasie was really encouraging and deserves some recognition and praise for his performance and attitude.

I agree, spot on (ish) although I thought Britt had one of his better games today despite one bad miss In the second half. He can not play the role asked though, nobody at the club can sadly. Bettinelli is a truly terrible keeper. The problem re Britt is Akpomb is even worse imho. If you took the best of Britt, Fletch and Akpomb, you would not have a decent striker. Saville needs binning

Agree with that. Good summary by Indeedio but Britt wasn't so bad today.

What is wrong with Watmore to get so little gametime? If nothing, he'll presumably be looking for another club in the Summer.

Watmore should have started with Kebano playing off Britt for me and Sav out today. He has signed a longer contract so cant leave in the summer

Saville has one year left, its up in June 2022.
He needs selling in the summer, not another contract.
He was ridiculous buy and at £8m a very costly one.

The contract I referred to was watmore‘s in my reply to bear66’s earlier comment re watmore, not Saville. I agree Saville wants offloading 👍
