Safe Standing Green Liight

Safe Standing introduced from New Year's Day at Man U, Chelsea, Spurs, Man City and Cardiff.
Great news.. hopefully things start moving in the right direction.

Hold on to the pink seats for the rest of this season.. then rail seats with the prem money.

With Kieran Scott and Chris Wilder at the helm we shouldn't need more than £5m on players to be smashing the champo and heading for a european spot!

The problem will be down to cost. Re seating a large section is expensive. Rail seating even more so.
The club are now open to this as technology, safety guidance etc has all changed substantially over the last decade.

Burnley mate was in away end at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and they already had safe standing. Said it was excellent.

What's unsafe about standing in normal seating areas?
Well those areas weren't designed for such a purpose and really don't operate as an effective barrier for someone taller than four foot five. Safe standing designs allow for actual physical barriers and a standing experience which doesn't afford any undue risks.
