Well done to Rosie Jones for her comments on BBC Question Time last night.

She summend up some of the struggles that people with disability face and she has obviously overcome some of them to become a professional comedian.

I noticed she said she had her Disability Living Allowance taken away after a "10 minute assessment by a stranger" I thought this was a good example of how disabled people have to be to get finanacial support with their daily living. DLA is normally given at £23/week (a couple of local taxis per week).

Very eloquently put. Hancock was nodding all the way through. So it looks like government policy will change . . . not.

Hancock said he struggles badly with written communication and its his form of disability.

It can't have hindered him that badly because he got a first class degree from Oxford University in Politics, Philosphy and Economics according to Wikipedia. I would have thought that required a very high level of written communication. Maybe I am missing something.
