Tried the usual FB etc so trying here as well, as have seen a few posters into biking.

Pm if interested

need a picture from the other side to ascertain value.
1 - Bike should be against a white background, preferable a garage door so the bike shows up properly, or if taken well, a black background with suitable lighting.
2 - Bike must be flat to camera, no silly angles.
3 - Bike must be drive side showing
4 - Chain in big ring, towards the smaller cogs at the back
5 - Crankarm following the line of the seat tube or chainstay
6 - Stem must be in the negative fitting. Even if you ride with it pointing up.
7 - Dork discs, reflectors, pumps, lights etc are NOT acceptable, again, even if you ride with them.

Blimey you missed off the naked female model riding it.

Same bike is on sale on ebay for £290

I'm not up on road bikes these days, but if i remember rightly there were several models of the Defy with different specs and correspondingly different prices. This looks like an old and cheaper model.
EDIT Didn't see newusername's the post above - seems about right.

I would say a starting price of £250 but if that was mine I’d be willing to take £150 just to get rid.

The second hand market is poor atm. Bikes like that are hard to shift. With rim brakes and an old group set that bike ain’t worth much now unfortunately.

A good buy to stick on a turbo trainer though!

If that is the same bike that the OP is advertising it’s worth about £150. It’s got old Sora on it, dirty, non branded brakes and looks generally knackered. The chainset will need changing soon which means new chain and cassette. That’s £150-200 it needs spending on it.

For clarification, I didn't mean 'the same bike' but the same make & model as the OP.

and the tyre branding MUST line up with the vavle (or the branding on the rim, if more aesthetically pleasing.)
