One of the coolest dudes on the planet and a leading light of the Nouvelle Vague cinema of the late 50's/early 60's. I remember first seeing 'Un Bout de Souffle' and it blew my mind.

A good innings at 88 but a sad day for cinephiles everywhere....

Great article. Such an icon. I can imagine the mood to be very sombre in France.

Delon must be mid to late 80's himself. Can imagine how devastated he must be.
