RIP Bernie Marsden

Just heard on the news he's died. Always liked his guitar playing. Maybe a bit of Whitesnake to add to my weekend listening.

Sad news indeed, seen him many times with Whitesnake.
I was disappointed not to have seen him at the Little Theatre a couple of years ago. Unfortunately cancelled due to Covid.

Played in some great bands over the years not just Whitesnake though that's where he will be mostly remembered.

Saw him a few years ago in Colne.Great artist and came across as a lovely man.

Oh b***r. A great guitarist I saw first at the Coatham Bowl when Whitesnake were just starting out. His recent blues albums on the Chess label are great.

Last saw him a couple of years ago at the Northern Kin festival. Lived not from from me in North Bucks. Played the local village hall in Winslow regular in front of a couple of hundred people. Great blues man. RIP.
