Let's not go through this carry on again where people get in a mix up whether a player has resigned or re-signed. Respect the hyphen!Hopefully some of the loanees will be resigned!

Perhaps take part in the discussion rather than sneer at those who are? You’ve lost me, I open most threads, your point again?
Whilst at first I thought he was Fab, when the heat is really on, he disintegrates. Some people think he has funny feet.No surprises from the 1st team but wasn't that Isiah Cornet supposed to be highly rated?
(no ice cream jokes please).
Alfie Doherty is a good kid that I knew from his time at LJS and always seemed destined to make it. I do hope he and all the others find a new club.Sometimes we release a youngster who was promising etc, happened with Malley I think? But yeah, ultimately it isn’t exactly big news that we’ve released 4 players who haven’t played a single match this season.
I dunno about changing someone in a way where they would be good enough to play out from the back, at Champo and probably prem level too. If you aren't used to doing that by 16-18 then it's going to be tough. Not sure to be honest, Brynn seems the better goalie out of the 2 and is young enough still to be coached to play that way. So maybe a loan out to a team who play a similar style to us could be the most beneficial?
That might have just been him blowing his own trumpet...No surprises from the 1st team but wasn't that Isiah Cornet supposed to be highly rated?

Maybe not changing someone but trying to make him improve in certain aspects. If he’s a really good keeper in his own right I’m sure he will appreciate trying to improve all aspects of his game to give him the best chancing of forging at out a career at the highest level he can.I dunno about changing someone in a way where they would be good enough to play out from the back, at Champo and probably prem level too. Steffen's probably a better outfield player than Northern League level, and you aint coaching someone to that level when they're 22. It would be hard enough to coach a League 2 keeper who is already good at playing out from the back.
Oh yeah, definitely, people can certainly improve, but hard to make a keeper play out to the level requried when they've been told to welly it for 22 years. It's probably harder than having to coach a striker into being a defender, and vice versa.Maybe not changing someone but trying to make him improve in certain aspects. From what I hear it may be a strength of his anyway
David de Gea is the prime example of this. No way will they ever be able to convert him j to being comfortable with a ball at his feetOh yeah, definitely, people can certainly improve, but hard to make a keeper play out to the level requried when they've been told to welly it for 22 years. It's a risk/ reward thing too, you get the most out of the keepers who play out and who can play the harder passes and take more apparent risk, as it draws more attackers in (which frees more space behind). Just rolling it around the back without drawing anyone in doesn't really do much, but this is still better than welding it in most cases, unless you've got a lighthouse up front who is an anmial.
Yeah, there are some omissions but Boro are pretty bad at announcing the contract lengths of the young players.Surely more u23s will leave. I liked look of max howells but his contract is up this summer.
You opened a thread which was clearly about the retained list. Which suggests that you were interested in the retained list. You then questioned why people are interested in the retained list. You’ve lost me, I open most threads, your point again?
Yeah, good example, and by god they've tried.David de Gea is the prime example of this. No way will they ever be able to convert him j to being comfortable with a ball at his feet
