Resident Alien?

Watched the first one. Alan Tudyk is amazingly talented and I’m a big fan. Thought the first episode was really funny. Not many things that me,missus and 11yo daughter can watch and all enjoy.
 
Yeah thought it was ok , I saw a clip last year which made it out to be some more serious so was looking forward to it.
Whish all episodes were available now like 😀
 
I quite enjoyed it. Tudyk is class and a very talented and funny actor (he was brilliant in doom patrol too). I find myself distracted quite easily when I’m watching tv but I didn’t switch it off or do something else whilst it was on in the background so I’ll stick with it.
 
I think it's a grower. First episode had some really good bits but also was a bit naff in places. I reckon it'll get better
 
I agree the 1st episode was a bit slow, but then first episode of any new series are slow as they have to take some time to identify and establish the characters and the back story.

I hope the Police Chief and the Bartender feature heavily in future episodes.

The relationship between the no nonsense police chief and the modern "safe place" mayor is going to be funny I bet.
