From what I understand with Sancho his time-keeping isn't the best. Apparently it was poor at Dortmund but probably got away with it because of how good he was there, he hasn't got the luxury to fall back on that at Man Utd.

Rashford got done for being late last season, missed a game and apologised and everyone moved on. Clearly Sancho has been unprofessional on a regular basis for this to all come out.
