Well, don't shave your head and don't commit crimes.Very true
I like 19 Crimes but not sure a shaven headed convict is the luck I am aiming for.
Will give that a try, but I do like Rioja. My preference for Spanish red wine is Ribera del Duero. Generally, they seem better to me than Riojas.
I suggest people try out this type if you can find them in the UK.
Change of plan then - Just get a load of cheap stuffI once worked in a bottling plant. The wine came in large plastic bags in shipping containers. It was pumped into tanks. After this it was bottled. Same wine, different bottles, different supermarkets & different prices.
Don't quote me on this, but the stuff in Aldi sold under the Estevez brand sells for more elsewhere. People's taste vary though so buy a bottle before you buy a case.Change of plan then - Just get a load of cheap stuff
Another vote for Rioja wines. Also, Faustinio V or VIICampo Viejo for me. I am into riojas
I have a cousin who owns one in Hawkes Bay. His company also does warehousing, wine testing and distribution.Has anyone ever worked in a bottling plant?
My go to Spanish red wine was Rioja. I have migrated to Ribera del Duero over time. Will give that a try, but I do like Rioja.
Never worked in one.Has anyone ever worked in a bottling plant?
Any recommendations, I know it's subjective.I like 19 Crimes, Yellow Tail so not a connoisseur.
19 Crimes is far too sweet for me. As is the McGuigan Black Label I bought loads of whe on offer.Tesco have 25% off six at the moment (with their clubcard) - so you could stretch your budget to £12 a bottle
And for all the connoisseurs out there….
Remember….
There are only two types of wine……
Wines you like and wines you don’
And a fact on 19 Crimes - they add more sugar to the batch that comes to UK cos we like it sweeter
There’s a few bottlers on this board when the footy isn’t going their way.Has anyone ever worked in a bottling plant?
